Strawberry/Rhubarb Soup

4 c fresh or frozen whole strawberries
2 c fresh or frozen rhubarb
2 c orange juice
1 c sugar or more to taste

Place strawberries, rhubarb and orange juice in large saucepan; bring to a boil then simmer until soft. Puree in blender. Add sugar to taste (will taste slightly sweeter when chilled). Cool then chill. May be frozen. Serves at least 8
